For ONE afternoon only, Owner Maiko Kyogoku and Executive Chef Emily Yuen (Bessou) will welcome two-time Top Chef contestant and Maui-based chef Sheldon Simeon (TINROOF, Lineage) to the restaurant to collaborate on an all you can eat buffet-style brunch featuring Japanese and Hawaiian inspired dishes. Ticket price includes AYCE for two (2) hours + two (2) cocktails (cocktails for guests 21+ only).
